The shop is part of the world, but the wider aim is to create a comforting place people can return to.

It is both, but the feeling comes first. Carrot Paws brings together useful dog products, illustrated stories, daily PawPress dispatches, and community features under one cosy universe.

They are the four main Carrot Paws characters: Archie the gentle golden retriever, Pearl the elegant blanket-loving Italian greyhound, Teddy the polite little cavapoochon, and Mabel the tiny dachshund detective.

PawPress is the daily Carrot Paws dispatch - a small rotating newspaper-style update from the world of Archie, Pearl, Teddy, and Mabel. Designed to feel gentle, familiar, and lightly humorous.

The stories are family-friendly but designed for dog lovers of all ages. The tone is cosy and comforting rather than aimed at children specifically.

New story episodes are released regularly as the world grows. PawPress gives smaller daily updates between bigger story releases.

Use the photo submission form on the homepage to send us your dog. Each week, one real dog may be selected to appear as a featured community pup in the Carrot Paws world.

No. Community submissions are completely separate from the shop - simply a way for dog lovers to become part of the Carrot Paws world.

We currently carry practical, curated dog-walk accessories, starting with the Adventure Water Bottle. Future additions will feel connected to the Carrot Paws world rather than like a generic catalogue.

Fill the stainless steel bottle before you head out. When your dog needs a drink, flip out the silicone bowl, open the lid, and tilt to fill it. Leftover water flows back in when tilted upright.

We currently deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery costs £2.99 via Royal Mail Tracked 48. You'll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched, so you can follow your parcel all the way to your door.

We aim to dispatch within 1–2 working days of your order being confirmed. Once dispatched, Royal Mail Tracked 48 typically delivers within 2–3 working days.

You have 14 days from receiving your order to return it unused and in its original condition for a full refund. Email support@carrotpaws.com to arrange a return.

Each bottle arrives as a complete unit - the stainless steel bottle, fold-out silicone bowl, and carabiner clip are all built in. Nothing extra needed, just fill it up and head out.

The bottle measures approximately 90mm tall × 87mm wide - about the size of a large apple. Compact enough to clip onto any bag or lead without getting in the way.

Checkout is processed securely through Stripe. Available options may include cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Klarna, Revolut Pay, and Amazon Pay.
