These terms apply when you buy from Carrot Paws or use our website. Please read them before placing an order. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
Who we are
Carrot Paws is a UK-based sole trader. You can contact us at support@carrotpaws.com. References to "we", "us", or "Carrot Paws" in these terms mean the Carrot Paws business.
Our products
All products are described as accurately as possible. Images are for illustration. We reserve the right to change products, prices, or availability at any time. Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
Placing an order
When you click an "Order Now" button you will be taken to our secure Stripe checkout. Your order is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from Stripe or Carrot Paws. We reserve the right to cancel an order at our discretion, in which case we will issue a full refund.
Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Link, PayPal, Revolut Pay, and Amazon Pay where available. We do not store your card details.
Delivery
- We currently deliver to UK addresses only.
- Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
- We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days of payment confirmation.
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by Royal Mail or events outside our control.
Returns and refunds
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at support@carrotpaws.com before returning the item.
- Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
- You are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the item is faulty or not as described.
- We will issue a full refund (including original standard delivery cost) within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method you used to order.
- If an item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 30 days and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Your legal rights
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
Our liability
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

Stories, characters, illustrations, and other creative content on this website are the property of Carrot Paws. You may not reproduce or distribute this content without our written permission.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
